- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this requirement is to furnish all labor, supervision, management support, transportation for pick-up and delivery services, equipment, and materials to include Contractor furnished linen (except as specified herein as Government furnished) as required and necessary for the performance of providing hospital laundry services for Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky. This contract includes all functions, task and responsibilities normally inherent to a hospital laundry and dry cleaning facility.
