- Information Technology Support Services Synopsis: U.S. Army Detroit Arsenal, Warren Mi. This is a total small business set aside. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren announces its intent to issue solicitation W56HZV-11-R-A513 on or about 25 March 2011, in accordance with the format in Subpart 5.207 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40, Effective April 22, 2010. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 541511. The contract will be a single award, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, and a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort contract. Performance under this proposed contract will be at the following locations: Warren, Michigan, Natick Massachusetts, Rock Island Illinois, and Anniston, Alabama Arsenals. The estimated amount of this procurement will be a minimum of $25K to a maximum of $45M. All offerors must be registered in CCR, and have certifications up to date in ORCA. Description of Requirement: Information technology services utilizing a variety of skill sets to accomplish tasks including by not limited to the following areas: database administration, system administration, application support, enterprise architecture, system engineering, software integration, emerging technology, project management and information assurance.
