- Attachment #1: Price Schedule Solicitation Instructions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation small business set-aside prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constituting the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSHQDC-10-Q-00445, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42 are incorporated into this RFQ. This requirement has a North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 611420. The period of performance is effective the date of the award through the completion of all requirements. Competition date for all training classes shall not exceed August 20, 2011. Classroom training dates will be coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Technical Represented (COTR) after award.
