- The scope of this project is for the demolition, removal and disposal of approximately 1950ft of existing chain link fence. Also for the purchase and installation, including all labor and materials, for approximately 1900ft of chain link fence, in accordance with the specifications. This fence will be installed at the O&M Wash Bay and Equipment area, for Lake Sidney Lanier Project, Buford, GA., US Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the attached scope of work and map. All offerors must submit bids for all or none. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average receipts does not exceed $14.0 Million for the past three (3) years under NAICS 238990. All questions should be sent by email to Carl Wade, at carl.m.wade@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website https://www.fbo.gov on or about 11 March, 2011. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.
