- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Ames Research Center isreleasing a Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN)for Collaborative Research with ARC's HumanSystems Integration Research Area (HSIRA).The announcement is available electronically at the NASA Solicitation and ProposalIntegrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) at http://nspires.nasaprs.com.Qualified institutions shall have or demonstrate access to a strong graduate HumanFactors degree program. Qualified institutions shall also have or demonstrate access toa strong baccalaureate program in Human Factors or baccalaureate programs related toHuman Factors (such as a minor or certificate in Human Factors) in department(s) such aspsychology, industrial engineering, aeronautical engineering, or computer science. Electronically submitted Notices of Intent to propose are requested by March 15, 2011.The Proposal due date is May 1, 2011. The electronic submission of each proposal's CoverPage/Proposal Summary/Budget Summary is required by the due date for proposal submission.This solicitation leading to the award of a Cooperative Agreement is issued pursuant totitle 14 CFR Part 1260 for educational and nonprofit institutions.
