- AMENDMENT #2 Correction to Amendment #1 as this Amendment did not transmit successfully to IDEAS-EC & FBO. Reference FUEL TICKETS:section of solicitation. Change to read the following statement. FUEL TICKETS:Metered Delivery tickets preferred; however gauge reading of the meter is acceptable and must be signed by a US Fish and Wildlife representative at time of delivery or at the end of a servicing day. All other previous terms and conditions hereby remain unchanged.The closing date for this solicitation has been modified from March 26, 2011, 2pm Alaska Standard Time to now read March 25, 2011, 2pm Alaska Standard Time.
