- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to enter into negotiations with Integrated Solutions and Services Unlimited, Inc. for a Six (6) month service contract to provide comprehensive archive support services. The U.S. EPA believes Integrated Solutions and Services Unlimited, Inc. is the only vendor capable of satisfying this requirement. The period of performance is expected to be from April 01, 2011 through September 30, 2011. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 519120 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7,000,000.00. Per FAR Parts 12 and 15 combined, the following FAR provisions/clauses apply: 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and certifications--Commercial Items. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items. No request for quotation is available and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested, responsible, sources must respond by 5:00 PM local time on March 17, 2011. Interested vendors shall: 1) include information on the proposed services which clearly supports the requirements outlined above and; 2) provide itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. If no affirmative responses are received by 5:00 PM local time on March 17, 2011 to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government an order will be placed with Integrated Solutions and Services Unlimited, Inc.
