- This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. 5960-01-031-0347 ITEM DESCRIPTION: ELECTRON TUBE, TRIODE ENVELOPE MATERIAL: CERAMIC AND METAL. I/A/W DRAWING NR 13499 256-0175 BASIC AMEND NR U DTD 1989 DEC 06 TYPE NUMBER: 256-0175-010 FIRST ARTICLE TEST ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY = 858 EACH Destination Information: various DLA stock locations. Delivery Schedule: phased delivery with initial quantities to be delivered 150 days and incremental quantities to be delivered every 30 days thereafter. Various increments in quantity will be solicited per NSN in order to obtain quantity break pricing. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS on or about its issue date of 3-31-11. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
