- Questions and Responses from Sources Sought Notice Video *******THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS CLOSED***** RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS FROM SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ARE ATTACHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY ****NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ACKNOWLEDGED****** Sources Sought Synopsis: This is a sources sought notification. This is a market research tool to determine the availability of sources prior to issuing the RFP. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Small Business firms capable of providing video production services for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) Office of Public Affairs to support their outreach campaign. The NAICS code for this proposed competitive procurement is 512110 (size standard is $29.5M). The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, supplies, equipment, transportation, and any other items necessary to produce a five to seven minute high quality video and a 90 second "teaser" to highlight PFPA's critical mission, how it was created, the challenges of protecting the Pentagon, the history of Pentagon security and the future of the Agency. The anticipated contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, development of an approach for a five to seven minute high quality video and a 90 second "teaser", development of complete story boards and scripts, filming and editing of video production, preparation of Treatment Documents to describe the video's purposes, content points, field video shooting, narrator identification, proposed work schedule, graphic story boarding, preparation of audio/visual script, including rewrites, field video shooting in the National Capital Region, music and graphics, sound mixing and sweetening with addition of sound and musical effects, final color correction and deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work, SOW (see attachment). The Contractor shall provide video pre-production, production and post production services. Potential offerors are encouraged to provide feedback pertaining to the SOW. The Capability Statement should be returned via email as an attachment. Responses must clearly demonstrate capabilities through examples of previous and/or current video production contracts. The information must be complete and sufficiently detailed to allow Washington Headquarter Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office (A&PO) team to determine the firm's qualifications to perform the defined work. Please provide on 8 ½ by 11-inch standard paper and limit number of pages to 5 (including all attachments).
