- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number G11PS00220 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout Federal Acquisition Circular: 05-48, dated 31 Jan. 2011. The combined Synopsis/Solicitation is not a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334519; Size standard: 500. Please see attachment with additional information, and applicable provisions and clauses. The Government anticipates an award of a commercial, Firm Fixed Price type contract. To be considered for award, all interested parties must be certified with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov as well as, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ to be considered for award.
