- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Consolidated Contracting will be issuing a Request for Proposal for renovation of the existing Cardiology Wing to provide new space for CT Scanner Room, ECHO Exam Rooms, Pacemaker Room and support spaces in Building 100 at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. This Solicitation will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about March 22, 2011. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the Palo Alto facility in April. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents. Estimated project cost is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
