THIS IS A 'SOURCES SOUGHT' ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 633 Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, VA is considering writing a multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for an estimated 75 credentialed and 275 non credentialed medical services requirements to include, but not limited to: beneficiary service representative, cardiopulmonary laboratory technician, certified medical technician (in-patient and out-patient), certified nurse midwife, chiropractor, clinical nurse (case management, critical care, discharge planner, emergency department, family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, labor and delivery post partum, medical surgical unit, operating room, post anesthesia unit, neonatal intensive care unit, utilization management), clinical psychologist, certified registered nurse anesthetist, customer service patient relations coordinator, dental assistant, dentist, dermatopathologist, diagnostic imaging technician (ultrasound), echocardiogram technician, family nurse practitioner, family practice physician, flight medicine provider, health and fitness specialist, health and wellness dietician, internist (cardiology), internist (gastroenterology), internist (neurologist), internist (pulmonology), laboratory technician, laboratory technologist, lactation consultant, licensed practical nurse for referral management center, medical office clerk, medical administration specialist, medical logistics supply technician, medical office assistant, medical technician (cardiology, gastro, neurology, pulmonology), network planner, optometrist, optometry technician, orthopedic technician, physician assistant (emergency department), physician assistant (family practice), physician assistant (general surgery), paramedic, patient administration element chief, pediatrician, pharmacist, physical therapist, physical therapy assistant, physician (emergency department), physician (family practice), physician (internal medicine), psychiatrist, psychologist, quality assurance specialist, referral management clerk, registered nurse for referral management, same day surgery nurse, social worker, surgical service technician, systems analyst, systems help desk technician, and women's health nurse practitioner. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 621111; the requirement under this sources sought notice is estimated at $10.0 million annually. One critical element the government will address during this exploratory phase is to attempt to determine contractor capabilities. Accordingly, we request if this is a service you have substantial experience with, are capable of providing and would be interested in performing at Langley AFB, VA. You contact us and provide a brief history of your related experience. Selection will be based on past performance and technical capability. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR Part 14 and FAR Part 19. A determination will be made once all information is reviewed for the type of Small Business set-aside concern. However; if the government receives inadequate responses from Small Business concerns, the government will use all information obtained from this sources sought request to determine what type, if any, set-aside to utilize. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website http://www.ccr.gov.
