- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration requires services for headstone raise/realign and grounds renovation at Keokuk National Cemetery located in Keokuk, IA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and reports necessary to cover Upright Headstone Adjustments, Realignments, Resettings, Backfill Requirements, Upright Headstone Cleaning, and Ground Surface Renovation work as stated in the requirement. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation with a period of performance of 180 days. The acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7 million. The anticipated award date is April 15, 2011. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr and VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and must have current record in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to contract award. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from the Federal Business Opportunity website http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 10, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due on or before March 25, 2011 at 2:00p.m Eastern Daylight Time. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which will be available at the Federal Business Opportunity website http://www.FedBizOpps.gov.
