- Offerors must have a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of the Lower Rio Grande Valley District Office of the Small Business Administration. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete the repair of Hangar 46 offices at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a written solicitation only. No telephonic inquiries.
