- This is an announcement for release of a full and open competition Request for Quote (RFQ) #A11PS00026. Delivery of services shall be completed within 30 days upon receipt of order. A single award shall be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offer whose quote conforming to the requirements herein shall be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other price-related factors considered. Signed and dated quotes for RFQ No. #A11PS00026, along with contractor qualifications and a completed Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, are due at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Northwest Regional Office, Division of Acquisition, Attention: Tami Gallegos, Contract Specialist to 911 N.E. 11th Avenue, Portland, OR 97232, by close of business 03/31/2011. Quotes submitted by facsimile to (503) 231-6810 will be accepted.
