- *** The ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is March 31, 2011. Project Summary: The intent of this performance based service contract is to provide for road brushing of forest roads on the Willamette National Forest (Detroit and Sweet Home Ranger Districts). This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. The Contractor shall assume all risk, loss, damage, or expense arising out of the prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the contract. The award will be an IDIQ contract with 1 base period and 3 option years. The base period extends from the date of award through September 30, 2011. The duration of each option year is October 1 to September 30. The award will be made as a fixed price per line item based on the quoter's quotations. The Government anticipates one, or two awards as a result of this solicitation.
