Description

Surgical Microscope rental per month for 12 months. This is a request for the rental period of 1 year, of (1) high quality cross table surgical microscope on a floor stand in use in Neuro, Plastics, Urology and GYN surgical procedures. The microscope must have two binocular tubes with 0-180 degree or (0-180 degree x 1 and 30-150 degree x 1) binocular tubes. Xenon/Halogen filtered combination light source is required as well as joystick controls. Must have foot control panel that is wired with 3M cable for footswitch. Period of rental shall be from March 1, 2011 through March 1, 2012. Rental requirements is pursuant to the major renovations in the NNMC Main Operating Room which requires surgical procedures to be performed in remote locations of the hospital. Hence, these delicate microscopes cannot be transported on a daily basis between three locations without causing any physical damage or damage to the optics from the vibration during transport. During the 12 month rental period, the microscope shall be serviced and maintained by leasing company to include all parts and labor for any needed repairs.
