- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. S11PS00037 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. NAICS 541620 is applicable to this requirement for collection of water quality and quantity data under seasonal high, mean, and low flow conditions at approximately 33 stream monitoring stations located within the Tennesse Coal Field Region. Quotes shall include the unit price for a maximum of 81 samples as specified in the attached statement of work.
