- March 4, 2011 Reference the synopsis dated 4 Jan 2011 for RFP SP0600-11-R-0310. Originally, the requirement was for 120 each International Standardization Organization (ISO) containers for compressed gaseous helium service that do not weigh more than 40,000 pounds and do not exceed 20 feet in overall length. The quantity is hereby changed to 30 each ISOs and the deliveries will begin in January 2012. All other descriptions of the requirement remain unchanged. A formal request for proposal (RFP) will be issued within the next few weeks.
