- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS), Gateway National Recreation Area, intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for for roof repairs to Building 120, located at Gateway National Recreation Area, Staten Island, NY 10305. This effort includes roof and drain repairs to a leaking roof. This announcement is not a solicitation for offers. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is less than $25,000.00.
