- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas intends to issue solicitation RFQP05181100006 for the provision of Radiologic Technologist Services to be performed at the Federal Correctional Complex at Oakdale, Louisiana. The services will be performed in the Health Services Department for the general inmate population. It is estimated that the contract will require an estimated 30 sessions (a session being 1 hour in duration) to be performed weekly, normally between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. The estimated total amount of sessions required per contract year will be 1,440. The contract period shall consist of one 12 month base year and 4 twelve month option year periods for renewal. The applicable North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 621399, with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations may submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or about March 22, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fbo.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated deadline for receipt of quotations is April 22, 2011.
