- ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Sporian Microsystems, Inc. 515 Courtney Way Ste B, Lafayette, CO 80026-8821 for AQUA PATH In-Line Water Treatment System. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing or by email to the identified point of contact no later than Wednesday, 16 March 2011 - 3:00 P.M., CDST. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties must submit quotes for consideration by the Government to jamaya.smith@usace.army.mil. Please use solicitation number referenced in the subject line. 1. The purchase will consist of Sporian Microsystems Inc. built and modified AQUA PATH In-Line Water Treatment system. The Government is in need of 6 units. These units are field portable potable water- waterborne pathogen detectors with responding devices in near real time (less than 20 minutes), that include operational in fresh, brackish and salt water conditions, adaptation for third party sensor integration; use for terrain based applications such as upon water purification systems for ground water and surface water deployment.
