- The US Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a purchase order to Heckler & Koch, of Ashburn, VA for the H&K MP5A3 weapon for a one time purchase of fourty eight (48) weapons. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
