- The US Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract to SIG Sauer Inc., of Exeter, NH for the Model US-Secret Service -1 P229 Semi - Automatic Pistols for a one time purchase of three hundred (204) weapons. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
