- Solicitation changed to offer an additional site visit for Monday, March 14, 2011, at 9:00 am at the Washburn Ranch on the Carrizo Plain National Monument on the project site. For addition information contact Doug Wreden at 661-391-6061. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Bureau of Land Management Bakersfield Field Office has a requirement for a complete stabilization and rehabilitation of the following four structures within the Washburn Ranch compound: 1) the Washburn Bunkhouse, 2) the Washburn Cookhouse, 3) the Washburn Wash House, 4) the Washburn Out House located in the Carrizo Plain National Monument in San Luis Obispo County and Kern County California.
