The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Milwaukee, WI Delineated Area: Milwaukee CBD, defined as: North-Juneau Street, South-Clybourn Street, East-Lake Michigan, and West-6 th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,892 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,337 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Structured Parking Space Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered buildings cannot have any history of asbestos. Existing space ONLY. Security provided in the lobby area preferred Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
