- Western Area Power Administration, intends to award a fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for fabricated structural steel as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance for the contract will be five years and will contain an economic price adjustment clause requiring the evaluation of market conditions, and possible price adjustments, on an annual basis. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332312. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
