- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a list of the items being procured can be found at the website referenced below. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for a Server Hosted Virtual Desktop and Application Solution (SHVDA). This procurement is a competitive, unrestricted procurement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 443120. The solicitation number is SOL-NC-11-00010. An indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract is anticipated to result from the award of this solicitation. The contractor shall provide the following: see SOL-NC-11-00010 at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd/. The following FAR provisions apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-2 - Evaluation - Commercial Items. All offerors are to include with their offers a complete copy of provision 52.212-3, Offe ror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. If registered in ORCA, an offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision. The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. The requirements for this procurement are Brand Name Specific in accordance with FAR 6.303-2. Please see the solicitation website at: http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd.
