- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote number W91ZRS-11-T-0002. The associated NAICS code is 332991. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. It is preferred that you email your quote. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by time and date stated herein. DESCRIPTION: Bushing / sleeve: quantity of 44 each, NSN 3120-01-164-5843, part number 7-311511207-3. Application - AH-64. Quote must include lead time and shipping costs. Offeror must be an authorized and qualified aerospace component manufacturer or distributor. Response to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by 11 MARCH 2011, no later than 4:00 P.M. EST at 360 BROAD STREET, HARTFORD CONNECTICUT, 06105.
