- WR-ALC/PKOC, Robins AFB, GA intends to offer a competitive Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) single award contract that will provide labor and services to perform base-wide Civil Engineering (CE) facility support at Robins AFB, GA. Support includes assisting CE with the operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities. The work shall be prioritized into three work categories: Emergency, Urgent, and Routine. The single awardee will provide 26 different labor categories to the government on a task by task basis. 1. Geographic Information System (GIS) Technician Support. 2. Resource Administrative Assistance Support. 3. Electrician Support. 4. Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) Mechanic Support. 5. Predictive Maintenance Technician Support. 6. Boiler Plant Operator Support. 7. Alarm Technician Support. 8. Engineering Technician Support. 9. Program Management Support. 10. Resource Efficiency Manager Support. 11. Propane-Air Plant Technician Support. 12. Supply Technician Support. 13. General Work Support. 14. Air Compressor Mechanic Support. 15. Plumber Support. 16. Carpenter Support. 17. Chiller Plant Operator Support. 18. Cathodic Protection Technician Support 19. Elevator Mechanic Support. 20. Industrial Equipment Mechanic Support. 21. Painter Support. 22. Pipefitter Support. 23. Power Production Mechanic Support 24. Barrier Mechanic Support 25. Wastewater/Water Plant Operator Support. 26. Welder Support. Historically the largest task order has been related to program maintenance for the base. This requirement is anticipated to exceed $4,000,000 and will be conducted as a competitive 8(a) set-aside pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.8. The contract duration will be one annual basic year with 4 annual option years. The guaranteed minimum dollar value is $2,500.00 for the entire contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561210 with a size standard of $35.5 million. The proposed solicitation number is FA8501-11-R-0017. The estimated period of performance for the contract is 01 April 2011 - 30 April 2016. Contract award will be based on best value, using performance-price trade-off procedures (PPT) procedures. The official copy of the solicitation will not be available on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper.
