- Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, Shoshone, Benewah and Latah counties. The work contemplated includes furnishing of heavy equipment serivces on a fully operated, call when needed (CWN) basis. Projects include but are not limited to: minor emergency road maintenance, flood related repair work, slide removal, slump repair, drainage maintenance, surface repair, and hauling of equipment and materials as required to meet forest management objectives. Projects considered to be contruction subject to Davis Bacon requirements are not authorized. Intent to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) and orders will be issued for specific location, work, and performance period as needed. Effective period expected to be May 2011 through April 2012.
