- US ARMY SOUTH HEADQUARTERS in Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for a vendor to provide translation and interpretation services and equipment needed for the Conference of American Armies Peacekeeping Operations Science and Technology Ad Hoc Meeting to take place 28-31 March 2011 in Miami, Florida. The contractor shall provide simultaneous and sequential interpreters, as well as all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items, and non-personnel services and supervision necessary to perform oral and written translation and interpretation services as defined in the Statement of Work(SOW). Interpreters must be capable of performing interpretation from English to Spanish, Portuguese and vice-versa. Obtaining the solicitation: The solicitation will be issued 100% small business set aside to allow U.S. firms to participate. The solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps - website: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation, & Statement of Work, will also be available on the FedBizOpps website. All notifications of changes to this solicitation shall be made through the Internet only. It is the contractor's responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation. The solicitation and any future amendments to the solicitation will be available for download via the FedBizOpps website on or about 3 March 2011.
