- Additional responses to questions from industry have been posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Amendment 0002 will reflect the changes resulting from these questions/answers and is forthcoming. Please note that the screening processing time has been incorporated into the response date/time and has been deleted from the solicitation. The required response date/time for proposal submissions is now 15 March, 2011, at 1400 hours/2pm EST. Official point of "Proposal Acceptance" by the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is considered to be receipt at the processing facility located at 1108 Seminole Trail, Suite 395, Charlottesville, VA 22901. The processing facility closes at 1400 hours/2pm EST. Proposals will not be accepted beyond 1400 hours/2pm EST on 15 March, 2011. Proposals must be mailed via Federal Express or UPS mail services to the following address: National Ground Intelligence Center ATTN: IANG-PEM-LOC/ MS 207 Jessica Winn 2055 Boulders Road Charlottesville, VA 22911-8318 Additionally, please note that Amendment 0001 was uploaded to FBO on 18 Feb 2011 as a modified copy, meaning that it reflects only the modifications/changes made to the original solicitation. Items not identified in the modified amendment copy remain in the original solicitation and are considered required items for US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Identity Intelligence (Biometrics).
