Description
Attachment # 9 Amendment # 1 The purpose of Amendment # 01 is to extend the proposal submission date, revise the evaluation criteria and instructions to submit proposals, make changes in the Request for Proposals, provide answers to questions submitted by prospective Offerors and issue an Interested Vendors List (IVL). The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Indonesia, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation. Proposals will be accepted from U.S. or non-U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), private, for-profit and non-profit organizations, including universities, research organizations, professional associations, and relevant special interest associations. Faith-based and community organizations are also eligible for award. In support of the Agency's interest in expanding the number and sustainability of development partners, USAID encourages proposals from potential new partners. The "Higher Education Leadership, Management and Policy (HELM)" project is intended to increase Management Capacity of Indonesian Higher Education Institutions, which will foster effective institutional management and leadership in the higher education sector in Indonesia. The ultimate goal of USAID education programs is to help the academic performance of the Indonesian basic and higher education sectors to increase quality and relevance to the economic and social growth of the country. For detailed information on the Statement of Work and other requirements of the RFP, please download attached solicitation and subsequent modifications.
