- Provide a Boom Wash Booth. The item will be delivered to Tinker AFB Composite Shop, Oklahoma City, OK. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, on the basis of full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The award shall be based on past performance, technically acceptable, and lowest offer. The required delivery date is 300 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
