- The United States Army Office of the Program Manager (OPM) Saudi Arabia National Guard Modernization Program (SANG), intends to solicit offers in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) W90BRJ-11-T-0053 for Health and Life Insurance for Third Country Nationals (TCN) employees of OPM SANG within Saudi Arabia. The subject requirement will be solicited under full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 524114. The Small Business size standard is $7 Million. The RFP will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 2 March 2011 on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov).
