- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration, Atlanta VA Regional Office, intends to negotiate solely with Regus Management Group, LLC, 1156 Bowman Rd, Suite 200, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464-3803, for temporary office space, conference room space with VA-compliant Information Technology infrastructure for the temporary location of 38 contractors in Tampa, Florida. The prospective procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base period from April 1, 2011 - September 30, 2011 with one 5-month option and three one-month option periods. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for proposals or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. All interested parties must respond within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and convincing evidence indicating your firm's capability to provide the required office space in Tampa, Florida. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
