Solicitation: M67004-11-Q-0122 Subject: RAM 18 FLARING DIES The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (S1924), intends to solicit and contract with Proto-1 Manufacturing, LLC, (CAGE 5WAE7) of Winneconne, WI on a sole-source basis for Flaring Dies for use on a Government owned PROTO-1 RAM 18 Tube Cut-off and Deburring Machine previously purchased. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. Any source able to provide the required products may inform the Point of Contact provided to be considered for future requirements. (1) National Stock Number - N/A (2) Specification/Qualification “ This requirement is to procure special Die and Die Sets, Jig, and fixture accessories for the PROTO-1 RAM 18 Master jaw set, manufactured by Proto-1 Manufacturing LLC, used to accept single or double flare insert tooling. Includes punch tools for single flaring. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for the manufacture of the special Die and Die Sets. (3) See attachment (Encl 1) (4) Destination information “ FOB Destination to MCLB Albany, GA 31704 (5) Award Procedures “ The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for commercial supplies with an estimated total under the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is 14 March 2011
