- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Big Rapids Delineated Area: City Limits of Big Rapids Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,660 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,893 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 5,627 RSF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 26 Parking Spaces (Surface): 26 Full Term: Thirteen (13) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: -On-site parking is required for twenty six (26) vehicles. -Offered space must be located on a public bus line. -Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. -Offered space must be on the ground floor, at grade. -Offered space shall not be more than twice as long as it is wide. -Offered space must have separate entrances for employees and the public. -Column size cannot exceed two (2') feet square and space between columns and/or walls cannot be less than twenty (20') feet. -Offered space must be fully serviced. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
