- PThe Government has a requirement for the following: System: Patriot; Noun: Fan, Vaneaxial; NSN: 4140-01-092-0808; PN: 11448990; QTY: 12 ea This item is limited to the following approved sources: Dynamic Air Engineering, cage code, 18965 and Whittaker controls Inc, cage code 58163 because manufacture of this part requires special test and or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra precision quality for its function or system integrity. Delivery Schedule with Government Tested First Article is 290 days. The Delivery Schedule without First Article Test is 100 days. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. To request solicitation package, please contact the contracting specialist at the above email address. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
