- Hotel Conference Consular Leadership Development Conference - Honolulu, Hawaii The Consular Training Division is seeking price quotes from hotels in the Honolulu area to provide a lodging and conference package tailored to the specified needs of the conference. The conference will be held April 17 - 22, 2011. General Hotel Requirements: Location of hotel should be on or within one block of the Kalakaua Avenue thoroughfare. Hotel will be no less than a AAA-3 Diamond Rating and must be ADA compliant. We are requesting fully loaded quotes per person, per day for lodging, breakfast and lunch. We are requesting a fully loaded rate for the Conference Room Requirements and Coffee/Tea Breaks.
