- The purpose of this announcement is to notify industry the estimated milestones discussed at the recent Industry Day have slipped. Due to circumstances beyond the Contracting Officer's control, the draft RFP will not be released in March 2011 as anticipated. A new date has not yet been determined. Information regarding milestones will be provided via FBO as soon as it is known.
