- Synopsis: The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, La, intends to issue an invitation for bids. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the air handling unit(s) in the H quadrant located at 1601 Perdido Street in New Orleans, La. Work is to include fabrication removal and installation of the AHU units This requirement is set aside 100% for competition among Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Business IAW public law 109-461. Qualified and eligible concerns are invited to register on the bidder's list and forward statements of interest and qualifications to the contracting officer identified in this notice.
