Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. Solicitation number M6700111Q0093 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-48 Jan 31, 2011. This procurement is being solicited on a 100% SET-A-SIDE SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333922 and the small business size standard is 500. This requirement is being procured utilizing FAR Part 13 and FAR 15 procedures. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL procurement. The manufacturer s name, model number and part number in this solicitation have been provided to describe equipment deemed minimally capable of satisfying the Government s requirement. Manufacturer s names model numbers, and part numbers are provided only to assist potential offerors in understanding the Government s requirement. The Government is not soliciting or suggestion a particular name brand, and will consider offers for any brand that f;ulfills the Government s need. Quotes for equal items shall include a complete description of quoted item, with any applicable warranty information, product literature and pictures. This procurement is for the purchase of Cage Filter Bags located at Camp Lejeune, NC. CLIN #0001: CAGE BAG, 84 F/BOTTON REMOVAL F/CB-34-84-IIIG QTY: 116 EACH UNIT PRICE: __________ EXT PRICE: ________________ CLIN #0002: SHIPPING QTY: 1EACH UNIT PRICE: __________ EXT PRICE: ________________ Evaluation and Basis for Award: Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote. The Government intends to make a single firm-fixed price award to satisfy the requirement. Pricing Quote Submission: 1. The Government will conduct the price evaluation required by FAR 13. a. The contractor s submitted price quote must reflect the unit price and extended/overall amount. b. All submitted pricing must be actual face-value pricing, having already accounted for any discounts offered and extended to the Government. All quotes submitted shall be the Contractor s best pricing. 2. Technically Acceptable: The vendor must meet or exceed all specification corresponding to part number..
