- Project Title: Sandblasting and Coating Tender Water Tank in Replica Steam Locomotive, Golden Spike National Historic Site Description of Changes:This amendment serves to offer supplemental information for the government furnished coal tar coating and primer for tender water tank project, combined synopsis/solicitation Q1450110005. Product information sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets for the coal tar coating and primer are available by emailing Stacy_Vallie@nps.gov. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment and all other amendments prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: 1) Signing and dating this amendment and returning with offer; 2) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or 3) By separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
