- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) has a requirement to procure an OpenArray NT Cycler System with Accufill. The OpenArray System shall be a real-time PCR platform capable of thermal cycling and imaging up to three OpenArray plates simultaneously. This is not set-aside for Small Businesses. The following shall be included: • NT Cycler Instrument • Barcode scanner • Sealing station • Frames • Accufill System • Computer with Windows XP Operating System, with CDRW/DVDRom drive • 17" flat-panel monitor • Analysis software kit, including the OpenArray Real-Time qPCR Analysis Softare CD (shall also be available to install on desktop computers for analysis) • User's manual • Training course designed to learn OpenArray System principles and to gain a better understanding of the OpenArray Real-Time System workflow for gene expression (~1.5 days) • Include warranty information Interested vendors capable of providing the Government with the product specified above should submit their request to the below address. It is anticipated that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) NIH-NICHD-11-050-1 will be available ten (10) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due seven (7) days after the release of the RFQ. Request for copies of the RFQ must be in writing to the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), 6100 Executive Blvd., Room 5Z00, Rockville, MD 20852 Attention: Tracey Muck.
