- 1. This is a sources sought for the Active Army Strength Forecaster System. 2. ACC-NCR issues this request as a request for information with the intent of identifying potential businesses, including Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Business, capable of providing services as outlined in the attached PWS. 3. Firms are requested to submit a Statement of Capability in response to this request for information which will be the basis for the Government's decision as to the need for small-business or other set-asides. 4. The Statement of Capability must describe in detail the firm's capability to provide the services. It must be no more than 15 pages, Times New Roman, 12 point font. 5. The Statement of Capability must address the questions outlined in the attachment "Questions for Small Business Applicants - Final.pdf" 6. This is not a request for proposals. 7. The Government will not award a contract as a direct result of this notice. 8. This notice does not bind the Government to an award of a contract. 9. This statement of capability must be submitted, via email, to Douglas J. Boorstein, douglas.boorstein@us.army.mil, with a subject line of "A2SF Capability Package." 10. Place of performance will be the National Capital Region. 11. The current contract number is: W74V8H-06-C-0015. The incumbent contractor is A T and T Government Solutions, Incorporated. 12. Information on the software used is in the published PDF, "Software Used." 13. The deadline for responses is 12:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, 2 March 2011.
