- This acquisition is for a Five (5) year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract, consisting of a one (1) year base and four (4) one-year option periods for the Shield, Flight Deck (Back & Front). The National Stock Numbers associated with this acquisition include 8415-00-178-6855(s) and 8415-00-178-7013(s). Military Specification MIL-H-81735B dated 10/03/2006. All material shall be contractor furnished. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The base year consists of a minimum quantity of 16,080 and a maximum quantity of 80,400. Each of the four option periods consists of a minimum quantity of 16,080 and a maximum quantity of 80,400. Deliveries are FOB Destination and the destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Production Lead-Time (PLT) is 180 days. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. The proposed acquisition will be awarded using Best Value Source Selection Procedures.
