- Title: Z - Refurbish Saunas. Document Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice. Solicitation Number: W911S2-11-T-8008. Classification Code: Z111 - Maint-rep-alt/recreational bldgs. Set Aside: Small Business. NAICS Code: 238350 - Finish Carpentry Contractors. Description: The successful Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with refurbishing the saunas at Magrath Sports Complex on Fort Drum, New York. Work will be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price Construction". This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns, and is estimated to be less than $25,000.00, IAW FAR 36.204-Disclosure of the Magnitude of Constructions Projects. The anticipated Solicitation issue/posting date will be 1-5days after the posting of this notice. The receipt date for the quotes shall be at least 30 days after the actual Solicitation issuance/posting date on the Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Questions shall be submitted in writing via email to; kelli.rinard1@us.army.mil or facsimile to (315) 772-6406, or delivered, mailed to, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, 45 West Street, Fort Drum, NY 13602-5220. No phone calls will be accepted until the issuance of the solicitation.
