- Detterence Questions 1. Section 7d - Approximately how many attendees will be seated at each of the 14 Distinguished Visitor tables? Answer: 112 / 8 per table 2. Section 8b - Approximately how many voucher-codes will be issued for DS 2011? Answer: Approximately 650. 3. Section 8b - Please describe the types of query requests and demographic statistics that the internet-accessible event database will need to have the capability to run. Answer: We need to be able to run a query to see who has registered that day, or by rank, go by name. 4. Section 8c - Does STRATCOM have a preference for name badges with magnetic and or clip badge holders or will lanyards be needed? Answer: Yes, we have a preference, we want the badges with a magnetic clip. 5. Section 8f - Will STRATCOM provide internet access and associated AV needed for contractor to process payments on-site and check-in attendees? Answer: Yes, STRATCOM will provide, internet access and a computer and printer needed for contractor to process payment onsite and for check-in of attendees. 6. Section 9c - Please clarify what is meant by the statement in 9c of the SOW - "No profit margin will be realized through a subcontract, service, or item procurement." Answer: This is not a cost plus contract. 7. What is the anticipated or desired date for the conference website and registration to launch? Answer: 1 April 2011 8. Will conference attendees and presenters be responsible for making their own travel arrangements including hotel reservations? Answer: Yes conference attendees and presenters will be responsible for all travel arrangements. 9. When will STRATCOM determine the venue location? Answer: Approximately 15 March 2011 10. Will STRATCOM unilaterally negotiate menu pricing with the venue or coordinate with the event planning contractor? Will the catering budget be determined solely on expected registration revenue or will other funds be available to supplement the catering budget? Answer: STRATCOM will coordinate with event planning contractor and the event planner will contract with the venue. The catering budget will be solely determined on expected registration revenue. 11. Will the government pay monthly invoices for the contractor's direct labor and ODCs as they are incurred throughout the project or a percentage of the entire flat fee? Answer: (Entire flat fee)
